And the location was set on a quiet street in historical Chattanooga and walkable to one of my fave coffee shops, Rembrandt’s. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!”

“This property was clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit smaller than we anticipated. Very nice, very clean, well decorated, just slightly smaller than expected.”

“We checked in late at night to the room being 85 degrees and the AC not working. When I requested assistance they had me go through the troubleshooting process on the HVAC at 12am. After that failed they moved me to another room where THAT HVAC was incredibly loud. Because I didn't want to deal with any more moves I stayed the night. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were terrible. I slept for about 3 hours with the loud AC and noisy tenants. I contacted the host in the morning……

“The staff was wonderful and the location was great for the convention center. However the room was not great and the air conditioning was stuck on 80 dents in the fridge carpet was not in great shape and the smell was rough.”

“We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional. I was concerned about the lack of parking considering I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and needing to unload/load everything (plus then haul up 3 flights). The parking garage is right around the corner and only 8/day so that worked out well. We had toilet issues initially that ended up being……
