“Very new and clean building and unit. Easy parking. The unit is second floor up stairs. Pet friendly. Eldon was very responsive to questions and accommodating. The area is quiet yet there is pizzeria, cafe, deli, sports bar all in same block. Dilworth is about 10-15 min from downtown Fargo. ”

“We have stayed at the penthouse 5 times now. We have a conference on Broadway and it's within walking distance. We enjoy ourselves everytime.”

“Communication and check in was great. Reached out a couple of times to host and he was quick and responsive. Very close to downtown and great options for walking and food. Sleeping arrangements are tight and low on privacy, but perfect for a close knit family. And overall space was used well with space to hang out separate from sleeping area.”

“Stayed at many locations in the united states. This is hands down the best home for a family/friends/ or even a solo traveler.The host is wonderful and very communicated amazingly. I would make this spot a once a year stay !!”

“updated 2 bedrooms 2 baths Description said sleeps 6 Were two queen beds and a couch. The owner did supply an air mattress in request. Happy with the stay Owner very responsive”

“Overall, we had a great time. The place was very nice, met all expectations, and was quite clean and comfortable. Small things like no extra toilet paper were the only drawbacks but not enough to downgrade to 4 stars. Definitely one we'd use again. The host was very responsive, check in/out was easy, and having a garage to park in was awesome. ”

“Property was misrepresented in so many ways. First three photos show a pool and hot tub. Neither have been there for over 2 years. Listed as handicap accessible and even verified when I called. Nothing was handicap ready. All other places booked”

“This condo is very large and new, close to NDSU in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The property management is very chill and easygoing. We had all the amenities we needed for our multigenerational stay.”
