"Clean, comfortable place to spend a night or three. Friendly staff. Included breakfast is about what you’d expect from a hotel at this price - cereal, donuts, buffet-style scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles. The only real issue is trying to get to downtown IA city. Getting out of the parking lot involves either making a left turn (with no light) across a very busy 5-lane road, or doing some gymnastics to navigate through some neighboring parking lots to make a slightly easier left, then make another left at a light onto the 5-lane road. Not a huge deal."

"Great place, great location (food, shopping, entertainment, by Iowa Hospital, etc.) Smelled clean, looked clean from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was quite a good variety, hot/cold, tasty, clean area, etc) enjoyed all of the staff we met. Highly recommended! "

"The decor and amenities like the pool, bar, snack shop are unique and trendy. It’s a cool place to hang out— more quiet than downtown and more character than Coralville. "

"The hotel is in a great location especially for University activities. Access to the interstate is just down the road. The rooms were comparable quality to other similar hotels and relatively clean. The noise factor will vary during different times of the year. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area looked well maintained. Coralville and Iowa City restaurants and Taverns are within reasonable distance. Parking was adequate for guests. A gas station is conveniently just across the street."
