“We had a very nice stay. Kendall the host was very quick and helpful with responding to any questions I had. We loved the 2 bikes that were included. The ocean view from the balcony is even better than in the pictures. We appreciated having a small amount of soaps, paper towels, etc to get started before getting to the store. The condo was very clean. The beach was even closer than I had expected. We would stay again!”

“The unit was very clean and as advertised. Parking was convenient being directly in front of the unit. Although we did not have a chance to utilize all the properties amenities, we did take advantage of the short 10 minute walk to Harbour Town. Very nice!There was a mechanical issue with the AC unit that Solve properties reached out and made us aware of prior to arrival. “The room was clean and it has everything we needed for our stay. We ate most meals in and there was sufficient cookware and utensils and the dishwasher was an added bonus. The beach view was beautiful and the walk was easy and a short distance. Kendalll was an excellent host providing information as I needed it and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.”

“this rental is very nice and conveniently close to Sea Pines and Colnigly Circle. A biking path was just across the street that took you wherever you wanted to walk or bike. The host was very Communicative. He Readily responded to questions. The unit was very close to the beach and had a walkway there. Do not count on this unit providing a beach view whatsoever. It overlooked the parking lot and you could see a slice of the beach if you looked closely. But call it a beach “view“ I would not.……
