"Nice hotel. Needed a few updates. Light switches were loose and the water took forever to get warm."

"The AC/Heating Unit performed as expected. No issues. The room was clean. The coffee was far better than most hotel chain offerings. The mini fridge worked very well also. The personal care products (shampoo, conditioner, shower soap) were all very adequate. No complaints!"

"The front desk clerk was so friendly quick and knowledgable. Loved our clean room. The whole place is beautiful and clean. Free breakfast is delicious with a huge variety. Coffee is on all day and hot and flavorful. The pool hot tub awesome slide and fun arcade is all coveniet so I could see my two grands at all times. We are planning on coming three nughts durung spring break. Thank you"

"Very unclean place. My husband and I were there for a hour and left. We took our daughter there for the night to visit the “waterpark” and it was so uncomfortable and so dirty we didn’t even stay the night. The couches in the room had stains. I took pictures of everything. My husband went to the bathroom in the pool area and the said the was a pile of dirty towels in there almost as tall as he is. The “waterpark” is a very misleading word to use. The water is absolutely freezing. My daughter would even go in it. I tried to walk in it to show her it wasn’t so bad and I couldn’t even handle it. Half of the “waterpark” didn’t even work or spray the water it was supposed too "
