“The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. “As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants……
