“房间很大，床也很大。有微波炉和冰箱，但是没有杯子（幸好自己带了），更没有餐具，空调无法关闭，似乎没有wifi。边上有个小购物区，有快餐店，但是没去过。”

“Staff were absent at checkin, 20 minutes waiting. Room clean. Toilet leaking and flushing every 5minutes. No towels. After a nother long wait the staff gave me two floor mats instead of towels. This stuff did not engage in a conversation with me other than to not his head. I never understood if he understood I was asking for a bath towel.. I was approached two times by persons asking for food assistance. Lots of trash in the hallways and around the trash cans. A hall light was strobing all night……

“I did not stay there. I refused to stay. The place was terrible. I want my money back. I have tried to get ahold of Expedia service to report this. I dont recommend anyone to go there to stay. I have never been in that type of place. Very nasty & not a place I would ever want to be in again.”

“This property is horrible. I booked 2 rooms here for a last minute outting with friends. There were stains on the furniture, the toilet rocks enough to lift off the floor, the sink is stopped up, the smoke detector is covered with a grocery bag. And none of this even begins to explain the filth. I used a towel the wipe the surfaces and it was a brown dingy before I could finish. The bathtub had hair, some kind of pink and white residues, and buildup that was green and black. I am overly pissed……

“No microwave in the accessible room??? The REFRIGERATOR DIDNT WORK . .Had bought food could warm it. Only provide COFFEE , NO BREAKFAST. WAS ONLY 1 BATH MAT. IN ROOM HAD TO GO THE THE NIGHT CLERK TO GET TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES. INTHE TRANSITION OF THE REMODEL SEE WOOD FLOORS AND ALL WOODEN HOLLOW DOORS, NOT THE BEST SECURITY. Windows had no screens on. Them right Windows a large Crack n it from top to bottom . The beds were ok . THE ROLLING BLACK CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS BROKEN I THINK, SAT DOWN……

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.”

“This was absolutely the cleanest hotel ever. The two employees working when we checked in, which was late, were young but they were fantastic. They actually appeared to enjoy their job. A bonus now days. I would highly recommend Hilton Spark.”
