“It's similar to a b&b but separate entrances for each room. Loved the breakfast delivered to your door. They also have ev charger. Everything you want to see in boothbay a 3 minute walk. I've been to b&bs where the hosts are overbearing and way too proud of themselves. We were left alone which i prefer. They were super helpful, but only when asked. Highly recommend. Views of harbor were nice but had to go to communal area. I don't think they have individual balconies but i could be wrong.……

“Warmly greeted upon arrival. Given a tour. After settling in enjoyed a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. Very comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfast with farm fresh eggs. Lovely place to stay and would return again.”

“Perfect location for hanging out in Boothbay for a couple of days. Step out the front door and you are a few houses from all the shops. Easy to get on a tour boat and restaurants were great!!! Breakfast like all of the other reviews was amazing and worth the stay. Quiet and relaxing! ”

“The house is very beautiful and lovingly maintained. It is set on a peninsula with views of the water looking both ways. The owner/manger was wonderful. Breakfast was great and we sat and talked over breakfast with her and her husband for almost four hours one day. We have never done that before. Great people. Great place. By far the best stay we have ever had at a B and B.”

“A very unique property out of a Steven King mystery. The bathroom had a wonderful handpainted mural. Couple of miner things, light over bathroom sink did not work and no tissues in room.”

“Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures.”
