However this was soon resolved by the excellent on site staff and we had a ground floor room the next day.great place.”

“Chosen room was confirmed twice. Upon arrival I realised there were no entry instructions in the email. I contacted the name listed, who sent an email with instructions. I was able to enter and retrieve the room key, which did not open the door. I emailed the again. She did not reply. After searching I called the number listed.
