"We had a wonderful stay at The Eton Hotel in Shanghai. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was absolutely worth it, with a great variety of high-quality options that catered to different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and it really set a great tone for the day. Overall, the combination of comfortable rooms and an outstanding breakfast made our experience very enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai."

"Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day. "

"My stay was ok. The Horizon Club level most of the staff had difficulty communicating in English. It is not to the standards of a Shangri La hotel. "

"The room was very clean and neat, with friendly staff always greeting us. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We forgot a gold and diamond ring in the room, and the hotel staff helped us find the ring and sent back to us within the same day. "

"Хорошая история для большой семьи , есть двух и трех спальные аппараты, прямой выход в торговый центр и достаточно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, из минусов - уровень персонала достаточно низкий , 20 минут не могут принести чемоданы , на завтраке постоянно заканчиваются стаканы и чашки"
