“This property is only good for 1 or 2 stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. We had water issues during whole stay. Water pressure and not having hot water. They moved us to another room in which we had an issue with the toilet, then we move back to the original room and the same sheets were on the bed from……

“Serena's Boutique Hotel is a magical place. From the moment you check in, you feel a sense of peace & tranquility. Our patio/sea view room was spacious & comfortable with a large bathroom. The view from the patio was dreamy. By day, it was lush, mountainous beauty & by night it sparkled with the pretty city lights. We were spoiled with a delicious homemade breakfast every morning & enjoyed one very special traditional Puerto Rican homecooked dinner during our stay. My teens enjoyed the……

“Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so……

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“The best part of this hotel was the bathroom it was very clean. Everything else is left to be desired. ”

“Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!”
