The room was old. The staff was impolite in a few cases. We did not like the breakfast buffet at all.

Excellent, kid friendly. Service generally excellent with exception of very inefficient pool drinks service and occasional very grumpy member of staff.

No matter how good the amenities or how beautiful the views, a hotel is only as good as the people who work there. In this respect, Shanti’s friendly, polite and efficient staff elevate it to among the best on the island. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

We honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Oberoi Beach Resort. From the start everything felt so special and effortless - we genuinely could not fault a thing. What made the experience unforgettable was the people. Every single member of staff was so warm, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to completely switch off. The daily activities were fabulous and added so much to the experience. Sculpture making and painting class were our favourites. We loved going to breakfast every morning, the menu is divine. What makes this place even more special to us is that we got engaged here. It could not have been a more perfect. Thank you Aditya for helping my partner to pull it off! Also thank you to Regini, Harsha, and Rachel - the sweetest housekeeping team ever. Your kindness and attention to detail made us smile everyday! We are already dreaming of coming back one day. Thank you Oberoi

Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. Beautiful views across the hotel and great beach. Did not really enjoy the food at the restaurants so chose to order in remaining days. Went to Maritim which is round the corner for some horse riding and there are way better facilities available there. Overall, still great.

Our 2nd visit to this hotel as we found it great value for a fun and also relaxing family holiday. We loved the Beach location where you wander straight down from the hotel - and enjoy your all Inclusive drink here too. Sit and relax with gorgeous view of the ocean or take a dip in the crystal clear Sea. Blue Bay is such a perfect spot for snorkelling , straight from the shore you can see the marine life . We loved spotting all the fish, my daughter favourite being the 'Minecraft fish' (box fish). Also make sure to take advantage of the complimentary glass bottom boat trip further out into the Bay. The staff were fantastic, from check in to The Bar servers, waiting team in the restaurant and cleaning crew . Many of the servers recognised us from previous years and were once again friendly and helpful. They particularly took time with the Kids to ensure they were happy! The Hotel manager also took time to sit with us and talk about how we were enjoying the holiday. Mostly I have to mention the Club Coralia entertainment team, Yoan & Emmanuelle who absolutely made the holiday! Their efforts and enthusiasm which is recognised a genuine passion for what they do gave the kids the most wonderful experiences and memories they will cherish forever. Nothing was too much for them and they constantly went out their way to ensure the kids (and grown ups) were having a good time- even happily being chased and pushed fully clothed into the pool! Lovely place to stay. Customer service was excellent. Treated fairly as everyone else. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, from the check-in to the check-out. The Resort is located in a fabulous place, the beach is just exceptional ! The staff is so friendly and always smiling ! Special thank to Kelly from kidsOnly, our children have so many memories from all the activities and the time spent in the kids club !! Special thank to Eric as well from La Pointe, so welcoming and always smiling !!

Friendly staff who often went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Highlights were the massage and sporting facilities, suggestions for improvement would probably be that the food was a bit average

5-star service, delicious food, friendly staff, comfy mattress, clear ocean views from my room. It was perfect.
