The property was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was ok (gourmet was better than Caribbean food), but the options catered to all taste pallets. The drinks flowed. The spa….SUPERB! The only thing was, there was no real communication regarding on site events. A white board was the only way to find out what was happening. Perhaps providing daily notices on the breakfast table would help travelers plan their days.

Food was really good. Every evening some kind of entertainment. Right in Holetown close to everything. They have activities free and some you can book. Like a visit in a reggae bus trip speightstown for $7. Pool Clean, beach was great. Free catamaran for 2 hours.

We were guests of sugar bay for three nights in late August. Overall, the experince was positve.The location is ideal, food was good, and staff was generally helpful. But there were some things for improvement. I wasn't aware that you could only make a reservation to premium dining once for every three nights. I wish this was more explicit in the booking. Also,

I loved the location. Beach right there. Several eating and shopping places within walking distance I would have like complimentary or even paid to use water in the room. Replacing soap would be great.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and very helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever it was needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options to start the day. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and the pools were awesome—clean, inviting, and perfect for both lounging and swimming.

The accommodations were extremely comfortable and spacious. The entire building and surrounding property were clean. The staff was informative, helpful and knowledgeable. They made themselves available at all times. The beach was perfect. Location to convenient store and restaurants was primer. Would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend.
