I came here with my mom and had a pretty abrasive first exchange with the front desk attendant. I booked the hotel because it said it has an elevator (it does) but trying to get her to give us access to it was a whole thing that involved getting the guys in the restaurant downstairs to show us where the back entrance was - when we could have just gone through the restaurant. All the directions say there are only 4 stairs - this is NOT true. There are several stairs as part of the town before you even get to the bottom of the stairs where the front door access is - and if you don't have someone giving you access to the elevator at the bottom then theres a whole flight before you get inside. She also said some unsavory things about another group of people in the lobby, as an aside to me and my mom and that really threw us off. The room was nice though, we enjoyed our time overall. It was a very convenient location.

Our stay was good, but our biggest complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke. People smoking everywhere in the hotel. We are not smokers, and we both got terrible coughs for the next week from staying in this smoker's paradise hotel.
