Very good

The hotel has potential, but there are areas that could be improved. The wardrobe only provided hangers for shirts and jackets, but none suitable for trousers. The room itself was very dim in the evening, making it impossible to use the full-length mirror properly. At the front desk, the service felt unfriendly. When I asked for assistance in calling a local restaurant, as I did not have a local number, the staff seemed reluctant to help. I also tried breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the oat latte tasted sour and seemed expired. On a positive note, the scrambled eggs were cooked well, though they lacked seasoning, while the toast was excellent.

It is a nice experience especially you can have the outdoor sauna and swimming during morning break， so refreshing and remarkable experience

No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite spacious, balcony is quite nice, but can hear train noises at night, bit disturbing.

Perfect location for early travelers. This is my always pick for business trip, 3 mins walking distance from airport. Great brand shampoo and body wash used. (Meraki). Friendly staff, convenient online pre-check in and fast check out.
