Hôtel agréable et très bien situé. Petit bémol sur le buffet répétitif. Problème de climatisation qui a été pris en charge très rapidement.

This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

Staff were good Food was good Animation team were very good and evening shows were very good. Lots of acrobatics and magic. Room make up service was ok but felt rushed Gym equipment could be updated Overall good family hotel.

We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. None of the issues we experienced completely ruined our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed many things, but there were enough small disappointments that I think they are worth mentioning for anyone considering a stay here. We stayed in a standard “Melia Room,” which was nicely decorated and had a pleasant overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the location of our room was one of the things that made the stay slightly less convenient. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, and the other window overlooked the parking lot. Because the hotel is so large, getting from our room to the main areas of the property involved quite a bit of walking. The room itself was attractive and comfortable, but the bathroom was where we felt it needed a bit more attention to detail. The toilet was quite difficult to flush, which was inconvenient, and there was some mildew in the shower. We stayed on a half-board basis, which gave us the opportunity to experience some of the hotel's themed dinner nights. The Asian night left something to be desired, and the dishes were inconsistently clean. We also had one frustrating experience with the front desk regarding the shuttle.

Soggiorno meraviglioso: noi eravamo in una suite superior e l’ambiente era molto confortevole. Il ristorante fantastico e il personale molto gentile . Posizione ottima però la piccola spiaggetta davanti non è bellissima

Desværre ikke særlig velholdt hotel, og der er ikke fokus på hygiejnen. Voksen poolen var så beskidt at det knaste under fødderne på bunden, og vi observerede et personale vaske andelort væk fra kanten ved at rense moppen i poolen. Værelsesgulvet gav beskidte fødder trods at rengøringen netop havde vasket gulvet. Bruseren vekslede mellem iskoldt vand og skoldende varmt, så det var ubehageligt at tage bad. Slidte faciliteter. Voksenrestauranten var ofte besøgt af børn ned til 8 års alderen.

選擇全包式的話，會很開心的享受每個細節

Les photos de l’hôtel datent de plus de 30 ans. L’hôtel tombe en ruine. Les murs, les sols à l’entrée de la réception sont dangereux à cause des trous. Cet Hôtel est sur étoilé. La nourriture pas du tout variée. Les desserts (que de l’industriel et congelé) absence de glace pour les enfants. On a dû demander à deux reprises qu’on vienne réparer la climatisation car de l’eau tombait du plafond et cela nous empêchait de dormir.. bref, très déçus de cet Hôtel.

Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon 3x in diesem Hotel und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer, das Essen, das Personal, es war alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
