Que arreglen ese aire acondicionado que no sirve, pasamos calor en la noche mientras dormíamos y que habiliten el wi-fi en la habitaciones que no había wi-fi y el wi-fi de afuera en toda el área del hotel tampoco trabaja adecuadamente.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero le falta un mejor servicio. La habitación no tenía jabón para lavar las manos, y una silla del balcón estaba quebrada, si uno se sentaba, se rompía. Pedimos que nos corrigieran estas dos deficiencias y, a pesar de comunicarlo dos veces, en más de 4 horas, no lo corrigieron. Una tercera llamada, muy molesta, hizo que finalmente lo corrigieran. El restaurante Aguaji, premiado entre los mejores de América Latina, tiene un menú de degustación muy desequilibrado: contamos con 10 carbohidratos, poca proteína y casi nada de verduras. Esa noche tuvimos problemas estomacales. ¡No lo recomendamos!
