“Very disappointing experience. The resort was advertised as an all-inclusive experience, but it did not feel that way at all. The drinks were very poor quality, the room was not what we expected, and the pools/common areas were disappointing.
A lot of areas required VIP access, which was not clearly explained when booking. We were even asked to leave one area because we did not have VIP access, which made the stay uncomfortable and misleading.
