“We arrived to the hotel and they gave us a room under the pool so we ask if we could have a different room and they gave us a smaller room so we decided to leave. The service was horrible. It was a very weird experience.”

“The Cofresi Jr. Suite was a pleasant, friendly resort. My only two issue was that there was no in-room internet connection, although Wi-Fi was available around the pool area and in other common spaces and the TV in our room was entirely too small for the room. But other than those two, we had an extremely nice, relaxing & busy first-time visit.The beaches are amazing and the salt water is at a perfect temperature. I would also like to recommend taking the bus tour. Very informative about their……

“The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.”
