“We arrived to the hotel and they gave us a room under the pool so we ask if we could have a different room and they gave us a smaller room so we decided to leave. The service was horrible. It was a very weird experience.”

“Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. ”
