Puerto Rico Kid friendly Vacations

Clean room and nice staff.

They keep charging us extra without telling us they say that we didn’t have the reservation and they had us at 4 AM waiting for one hour or more and to said it was their mistake, TV was disconnected at least once a day, blankets were dirty every single day, all the doors at the hotel were closed because of the remodelatión, they charge us parking $20 every night in the elevators were not working so we have to walk outside like 10 minutes to get in our room

This boutique hotel was nice. Is walking distance to the beach and has tons of resources for you to enjoy the outdoor outdoors.

Our stay was disappointing. The room needs updating, and the shower was not working properly. The hotel also needs better overall maintenance. Several areas were visibly dirty and could benefit from a thorough cleaning and pressure washing. There was also a wedding during our stay, and the wedding guests took over the entire lobby while waiting for the ceremony to begin. The wedding area was along the route to the pool, making access uncomfortable. Hotel staff were not helping other hotel guests navigate the area, so we felt like we were interrupting the event just by trying to walk through. We ended up leaving the hotel and only returning to sleep because we did not feel comfortable enjoying the facilities. Better maintenance and planning for private events would make a significant difference in the guest experience.
