East Side Pet-friendly Vacations

Rooms are so spacious! Really comfortable for 3 of us. Love that a small kitchen is included (stove, fridge, coffeepot, microwave). Location is excellent. Near subway, restaurants, and Times Square. We chose to walk most places and felt safe day or night.

I did not find anything special about this hotel. I was expecting a coffee maker/hot water maker for coffee and tea, but there was only a Nespresso maker for espresso. The bathroom was not clean when we checked in as I found a used bar of soap in soap dish and waste can in bathroom full. I thought the location was okay and cabs were easy to find if you didn’t want to take an uber. I feel I paid way over $ for an average hotel.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing at every level of customer contact. They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch.

Brand new property, beautiful decor, spacious and clean rooms. The beds are heavenly! Staff very friendly and accommodating. They habe a lovely public area in lobby for relaxing and socializing also.

super neat little place. I was solo traveling and this place was perfect for my situation. room was a bit small but how much does one really need after all? super convenient location, incredibly friendly staff, and the room itself had everything one could ask for. would definitely return in the future.
