Scotland Romantic Vacations

We had a very late arrival for our overnight stay due to a delayed flight. We called ahead to ensure everything was ready for our arrival as we were travelling with young children. When we arrived, the room was only set for 2 guests instead of 4. By this point it was almost 3am - we did report the issue to reception who advised that they could call for housekeeping to sort the issue but by this point the children were already sleeping and we were all exhausted to wait any further and disturb the children. To expect an exhausted family with sleeping children to wait further to set up the basic room configuration was unacceptable, especially when we had called ahead to ensure everything was ready and we had a maximum of 6 hours sleep time due to ongoing travel commitments. We raised our disappointment again in the morning and were advised to email which we did. The hotel's response was exceptionally poor - they reiterated that staff could have attended to fix the situation, completely ignoring the specific circumstances we had explained. Their only attempt to repair the horrific experience we had was a preferential rate on any future booking which the described as a 'goodwill gesture' and is frankly awful. We would never return and are appalled at the lack of service we received.

Muy buena ubicación. Conceniente patw ir a todos lados caminando. Lo único es que no nos rellenaron el jabón líquido para bañarnos y el teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba. Pero lo demás todo excelente

Amazing hotel and staff

Excellent stay. WiFi could be improved - was very patchy. Always love the leisure area - great plus point and Cameron Grill was brilliant as always. Room was a little tired - bathroom needed some maintenance but didn’t affect stay - just think it needs refreshed more often ie: tile grout, damaged bath & sink from cleaning products etc.

Wonderful stay, wonderful location. Pool and sauna clean

My favorite was the continental breakfast.

Would of been all stars if the food wasnt burnt
