Close to main street shopping with lots of shops and restaurants. Not a big deal, but we arrivrd at 1pm, check in is at 3pm. Our room was ready ..."

"We love the location and beach access but the hotel needs a serious make over. Every year, the fees go up and the condition of the property goes down. This year, they ran out of beach towels before noon. Staff is super nice, however."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub! It is located in the heart of Edgartown. Easy access to everything! Stayed here a few years ago before they renovated it. They did a great job! Will be back next year!"
