“A wonderful stay! Great staff, service, and rooms! Very comfy bed with lamps on both sides for reading. Great shower and kitchen! Breakfast was much more than “Grab and Go. We held a large family event here and Parmer’s couldn’t be more accommodating. ”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

“This condo was an excellent place to stay. The unit was clean, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool and tiki bar, both in the mornings and evenings. The thoughtful inclusion of basic spices, cooking oil, paper towels, coffee filters, and ziplock bags was much appreciated, as were the full-size refrigerator and cooktop. “This property is amazing and in a perfect location for anyone traveling to various places in the Keys. Communication was top notch and cleanliness of the property and amenities were spot on. We will definitely stay again if we plan another big family vacation. ”

“Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. The only reason we gave this property a 4 star was because a couple of the screen doors didn’t work. One we weren’t able to open and the other we could get to……
