"The service at this hotel was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. There was no one available to help with luggage, which was a huge issue since the rooms involve very steep stairs and there is no elevator. Additionally, the showers are very outdated and quite dirty. Overall, this was definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Very disappointing, and the staff was extremely unpleasant"

"Beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The staff was very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh. Breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. For people who follow healthy eating, there were also healthy food choices on the menu, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"
