"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). The property is old, quirky at best, and was not comfortable nor spotlessly clean. The area was scattered by groups of dossers and down-and-outs, clearly on drugs and so we did not go anywhere on foot.
