"This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend."

"1200 steps to an empty, beautiful, pet friendly beach. We stay in VRBO's quite a bit. This one is by far the best ever. Clean, spacious, pet friendly and near grocery, restaurants and shopping. Owner is also very responsive from booking to departing. Harris Teeter grocery has very good prepared food selection that is reasonable, a great wine selection and just about anything else you might want. You can't go wrong with any of the restaurants on the list in the home but you add Cucina South to it...

"The condo is in a great location, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, etc. We were visiting family in the area so being in Sawgrass was a plus for us. "They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles."

"Very nice stay. The host is very helpful and communicated well before and during our stay. Accommodations were thoughtful and well placed throughout the tiny space. The kitchen amenities were plentiful (spices, coffee, silverware/utensils, cookware, cups/etc.) Back porch was a nice spot to sit and enjoy any time of the day (minus the mosquitos). Great location / within walking distance (~3mi) to San Marco and a short drive to most anything else in the area."

"The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay."
