"I love the area and my suit had master bedroom seperate from the main area, my only issue was i could everytime someone flushed the toilet on another floor because i can hear going down pipe in bathroom wall and that went on of course all day. Other than that my stay was great."

"I enjoyed the hotel. The only drawback is there is no coffee in the lobby. I did try to get coffee at the bar/restaurant one morning and waited about 10 mins and left. There was only one person waiting on tables. My son lives in Jacksonville and I visit often. Please start self serve coffee in the lobby. "

"The customer service was amazing. The room its self was clean. The only problem I had was the smell. I think because we had a kitchen in our room we are subjected to all the smells. If they had air cleaners in the rooms it would help. "
