"Brkfst was good in the restaurant. Staff friendly. Main complaint was lighting in room, hard to keep adjusted with the wall controls. Then all the lights came on at 2 am and finally unplugged them to get them to stay off. "

"The Foundation is a historic building, an old firehouse that has been converted to a hotel. The hotel rooms are decorated in an art deco / mid century blend of decor and there are many original preserved details throughout the property. The terrazzo flooring is in mixed condition and I found it to be very cold. I would've preferred hardwood or carpet. "A valet our check-in and checkout was extremely nice and helpful. I forgot the woman’s name but she was extremely pleasant and gave us amazing food options. Check in check out process was easy. Wish the pool was open. Room was extremely nice and spacious."
