"Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am."

"The online listing description and photos give a very different picture of what the 'hotel' actually is. The Bob W online branding wasn't reflected at the property at all. In reality the 'hotel' was literally just a run down building with bog-standard rooms, the entrance lobby was a really unwelcoming ..."
