"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. "This property is very special. The view is amazing and the house itself has been beautifully renovated but retains the old world feel. The rooms are huge and it has everything you could ask for. We stayed for several days and didn't even leave the town of Montepulciano as there was so much to explore. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we were all sad to leave."

The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"
