"Great location and a well maintained property"

"The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. "

"The apartment was just the right size and included a beautiful balcony view. It was located centrally in Orvieto allowing us to walk around to enjoy the gorgeous city and wonderful people. The host and his father were so very gracious and kind! I definitely would stay again!"

"Se decidete di trascorrere una vacanza alle Terme di Saturnia non lasciartevi sfuggire di soggiornare in questa struttura. Pulita, accogliente e completa di tutto. Noemi disponibilissima e un plauso grande alla mamma Valeria. Donna garbata e carina, veramente squisita. Sei a pochi minuti da entrambe le Terme . Lo consiglierei ? "Everything worked perfectly, the place was great, clean, beautiful, close to facilities. The communication with the hosts were great and easy. The only point to be aware of when booking is that the carpark is a bit far from the house, to me it was ok because I don't mind walking - and the town is beautiful! I enjoyed every minute of my stay! Thank you! I would recommend this place."
