I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to...

"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move.
