"The rooms were clean. Unfortunately, there is this plastic panel, to the side of the room door, that a lot of light from the hallway comes in at night. It made it difficult to sleep. The staff, particularly Angel, were excellent. The problem was that the washer did not work."

"The room was ok. Air conditioner worked well. The bathroom needs upgrading and there was no hot water for showering. I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to...
