Everything works as it should, I'm in the property itself is well maintained and clean. Property is within a gated community, with only one way in and one way out. Provides a sense of security, but can be a nuisance at times"

"There is a complete misrepresentation about on site parking. There are paid lots near by, but up to you to secure a spot. The lot that “they recommended” doesn’t even do overnight parking. Additionally, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. The shower drain did not drain properly — we take quick showers, yet we were left standing in inches of water, and it took all night for the water to fully drain. This is unacceptable. The window/shower ledge was visibly dirty and even had someone else’s...
