“This property was beautiful and the location both peaceful and convenient in every way! The farmhouse feel, antique furniture, old hardwood floors, and remnants from the past literally took me back thirty years to Grandma's house and made me feel so at home, I almost cried happy tears! Perfect home base for local rock climbing, bouldering, and hiking trails. The hot tub was great to relax sore muscles and warm up on cooler evenings. The only thing to note would be the heaviness of the master……

“I stayed here in late March on a solo last-minute adventure. I truly had a wonderful time. Jim is a gracious host and excellent communicator.The real highlight of this experience is the amazing land that surrounds the treehouse. The area is perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend taking full advantage of the Nitefall porch as much as possible. All of the other seating areas are wonderful, too. The cold bottled water on the front porch, plentiful (and replenished) ice, and host-filled Tiki……

“Looks as cute in person as in the pictures! All the small touches (night lights, coffee grounds, a few check-in treats) were there and appreciated! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this cabin. Loved it!”

“I was just utilizing the cabin for sleep because of a road trip to nashville, cabin is clean has everything you need, couldn’t get the TV to work but no biggie. clean, decor is nice. I didn’t pull out the couch bed because I didn’t want to break anything so I just slept on the couch itself. now be aware that there is a 1500 deposit charge and it takes like 2 weeks to get that back. other than that no complains, there’s lakes around the area for fishing, I ate at a restaurant 10-15 minute drive……

“Its a tough review. The communication was great and entering the rental was easy. It was very clean on the inside. Renting a tiny floating cabin sounded good in theory, but all the boats coming in and out made it rough just being on it with all the rocking back and forth. Most of the doors didnt shut, so everytime a boat would come through the doors would sling open and shut. Thats partially on me renting something different, but the expectations were a little different. We knew it was small and……

“We had a good time. The cabins are on a VERY busy road. It’s super cute. I didn’t see anyone catch a fish the two days we were there. Also it lists a hot tub… it doesn’t have one. They have really good onsite activities for kids. Beds were not the best but we did go offsite and rent a pontoon. The host sent us an email and offered a pontoon for 50.00 a day. It’s not a pontoon it’s a row boat with oars. Good area if you have small kids they will enjoy it. Make sure you bring your yard chairs and……
