Be careful. I ended up tipping off my sled a bit and got a bad burn on my arm.

Once my partner and I purchased our tickets, the cashier told us to get in line to ride to the top. Once in line the ride operator asked us if we had wristbands, we looked at him confused. Irritated, he told us to get out of line and go inside of the main building to sign a waiver and get our wristbands. There's only one place to talk to an employee inside the building, so we waited in line to talk to her and sign the waiver and get our wristbands. When it was our turn, she then told us to go outside, again, and that there was a hut were we got our wristbands and signed the waivers. I wouldn't have been pissed off if the cashier told us to sign waivers and get wristbands before we got in line and/or if the ride operator direct us to the correct building. Employees need to work on the communication skills with customers. I'm not giving this place a shit review, because the alpine slide was fun.

Wanted to visit but the lines were ridiculous and that was just to get tickets. Very busy weekend, but it didn't seem well organized so we left.
