"We wanted mountain rustic, cozy, clean and walkable to a atore or restaurant. It had a great size kitchen to cook in or store our food until the next day. The owner, host was communicative and very welcoming. This is a motel i would stay at again."

"This place is amazing! We really loved it! We could see the lake from our room. Our room has a kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms. The pool and 2 spas are awesome! One of the spas is right in front of the lake! The lodge has all kinds of little events, I really recommend this hotel!"

Really nowhere to eat in Running Springs that isn't a diner or a pizza place. Have to drive into Big Bear(17 miles) to find a decent place to eat. However, if you are going to Snow Summit it is a convenient drive and much more affordable than Big Bea
