East meets the West in this tastefully renovated and decorated 4 bed rooms single family house. Furnished with top quality furniture and arts, this vacation home is designed to create a relaxing ambiance for your perfect vacation stay and family/ friends gathering.

The house has all the amenities that you need--strong Wi-Fi, central A/C, lots of options for watching TV/movies, grilling, playing pool, swimming in the pool/hot tub, cooking, laundry, and more. All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. A Clean, Safe and Efficient Hub for college remote study. So talk to your friends and come remote study together.

Located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, this vacation home is a very short walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, just 0.8 miles, 8-10 minutes walk. 1.5 Miles to Downtown Disney. 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Grocery Store Food 4 Less at Katella Ave. Walmart neighbor store within 1 mile, Costco Warehouse about 4-5 miles. Location is great! UBer is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, so please be quiet between 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbors during your stay. City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move 3 trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 3 car parking space available. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

Great location! Few minutes from Disneyland!

Property owner communicated quickly and sent me all the info that we needed! Great location in respect to Disneyland. Lots of stuff to play and use in the garage. We had a great time, we have 6 adults and 1 toddler. Toddler was thrilled with the pool and the adults loved the hot tub after a long day of walking.

Great Location to Disney

This property was perfect for our family of mixed ages. Lots of space where everyone could spread out. Walk was 25 minutes to Downtown Disney. Safe neighborhood and location. Host is responsive and great to work with. Thank you for a great trip. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Close to Disneyland

The house was clean and close to disney land but when we arrived there were some things left in the fridge and when we went to use the towels they smelled like mildew over all there was plenty of space for our group of 10 and our stay was comfortable.

Convenient Disney Stay

Check-in was a breeze and Roger is very communicative and helpful. There is plenty of space for everyone and lots of appliances, to make your meal times a breeze. The backyard is not very young child safe, however. The fence around the pool needs replaced as there are toddler sized gaps that our toddler would try to get through. The floors in the house are also very interesting, with a lot of varying elevation changes. And while there is a bunk room located off the kitchen, it's important to note that the walls are literally made of paper. Overall we enjoyed the convenient location and reasonable pricing for our Disney group.

Great stay

Great location near Disney and good amenities to keep us entertained on the days we didn’t go to the parks. It was a great place to recuperated after long days of walking around the parks. Communication with Roger was excellent.

Disney vacation

This property was perfect for our Disneyland vacation. The house was spacious and well cared for, and the pool, hot tub, games tables, and TV’s were a nice way to unwind and relax. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location!

Location is amazing for Disneyland, Knott's berry farm, and only a short drive to Huntington beach! House has plenty of sleeping room for 8+, and the games and jacuzzi were a hit with everyone! Roger was in touch, and directions were very easy to follow; check in and out process a breeze. Will stay here again when we go back to Anaheim!

Great Location! Excellent place for a Family Vacation!

We had a blast at this property. It was a great spot with lots of space for families with kids. The location was an easy 20 minute walk to Disney which saved us the costs for parking. The hot tub was nice and the kids enjoyed the play structure in the backyard. The pool was not heated when we were there and too cold to swim in. Some things needed some repair but the house was well equipped and overall an excellent place for a family vacation!

Good location in nice neighborhood. House is spacious with lots of beds. Watched Disneyland fireworks show from yard. Lots of toys, pool and hottub. Loved the pool table!!

Had everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay and the property was amazing. We had some trouble with the sliding door and keeping it locked, but luckily, we brought our own door anchor. Everything else was as close to perfect as you can get. The spa and other activities made the downtime from Disneyland a breeze. We will definitely book this stay again for our next trip.

Excellent property for Disney vacation!

This rental was exactly as described and more! It included newer appliances, plenty of room for our vehicles, and entertaining extras such as a pool & hot tub, pool table, and other games. It was also very close to Disneyland and close to other food and shopping. The property owner, Roger, was always in contact and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend!

Roger is the most diligent and communicative property owner I have ever dealt with in 20 years as a VRBO renter. The attention to detail and cleanliness of this property is outstanding - truly, everything has been thought of. Cannot recommend this home highly enough!

Close to everything

This house was clean, easy to access and close to Disney and the Convention Center. We had a conference to attend and was able to walk everywhere. Roger was very attentive and helped to answer all our questions. We had a great time.

Disney Vacation

This house has lots of space. We were a family of 5 but could have easily accommodated a much larger crew. Kitchen was equipped with the essentials. Beds were comfortable after long days on your feet. A very short easy drive to Disneyland parking lots. Check in was easy and host communicates well. We would stay again.
