"The staff at this hotel was very kind and friendly, so it is difficult to say anything negative about our stay. My main disappointment is that the availability of a cot is listed under the hotel amenities, so I booked the room I did, in plans of requesting a cot. When I did request a cot at check in, the desk attendant said, "We don't have cots." Therefore, my son ended up sleeping on the floor. Thank goodness we had brought plenty of pillows and blankets of our own. This hotel is showing...

"We found it difficult to find anyone at the front desk when needed. Breakfast was okay but limited. Our shower leaked and could not be completely turned off. Room size was good and liked having a place to store and heat leftover food. Everything seemed to be clean."
