Great hotel close to freeway for easy access. Place was clean and staff was nice. There was some mold/mildew on the tiles in shower but otherwise clean place. Breakfast was decent and ample parking.

Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised

The room was clean, but the hotel was under remodeling. Stuff from rooms being remodeled was in the hallways, there was no breakfast setup and the coffee in the lobby was cold.

There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it! First off the man being disgustingly nasty in the hot tub should have been escorted out and they didn’t care about the safety of their guest! They did not care that a group of kids were being so rude! So unless you want to deal with these unsafe situations and’s problems that are never handled stay here! But warning this is a very unsafe hotel! What has to happen for them to really protect their guests!
