From the exterior doesn’t appear to be the nicest place, but for the cost it’s exceptional. Stayed in a “newly renovated” room according to the staff. Room was clean, all functions inside the room worked properly and couldn’t ask for a better stay for the cost and location close to the airport. Front staff lady was very helpful with check in and answering questions, will be returning in the future.

The check in staff was very helpful and understanding. She approved a late check out because of how late we got in. Renovations are being done to the property so we had to take that into consideration. Didn't like how the staff approached us for check out. The manager demanded we check out without checking to see if we had an extension. Made us feel uncomfortable. I had to tell her to check the system we had a late check out.

Decent location for restaurants. Poorly maintained. Water damage. “Repairs”. Mildew smell. Murky pool. Breakfast was ok (I nearly skipped it, and went late, so..). The shuttles and drivers, and front desk experience was pleasant. They accommodated my request to cancel the remaining nights. A lot of work to be done outside of that.

The staff was excellent and check in was a breeze. I was only there from 10pm to 4am because I had an early flight and the airport is like five minutes from this hotel. Overall a good stay for a very short trip.
