Need upgrades badly

Room was clean but could have used a deep cleaning and airing out .Staff was decent we had an issue with the air conditioner but they fixed right away . It’s not far from the boardwalk and casinos which was good but they DEFINITELY NEED TO UPGRADE THE ROOMS !!!!!

Thought after the a year the place would've been fixed up!!!!! But unfortunately they only did the floors 😢😢😢. The flys are annoying, good thing we had our own towels and linens for the room had NONE 😢 😢 😢 the bed is comfortable.

The air had one setting low. The drawers on the dresser were off track so could not open. The cover had cirgarette burns even though the room was no smoking. The front desk clerk was very dismissive when you would try to ask for something. The wifi didnot workand even though they say the front desk is open untilb12am 11:45pm is more of the answer. There was also dirt stains on the bath mat. Even though the place was in need of an update the the managment could have taken better care of it. It smelled really good when you walked in

Unacceptable

Please send someone to prescreen the properties that Hotels.com represents. This particular place was completely unacceptable. Glad my wife wasn't around or we would have to leave.

Was a last choice option

Only stayed here as we were desperate everything else was sold out. Differently a rip off at 300$ a night. Wouldn’t even shower in the room just the bare bones. Outside seems kinda sketchy.

Thank goodness it was just for 1 night, this was not what I was expecting. Luckily it was for me and my daughter because if a man had brought me here I would have left! It is so worned out, missing door on closet, AC is missing part of cover and extremely dirty. Tub is clogged! This is a bootleg motel! Don’t waste your time or money! Oh and blanket doesn’t cover the bed, it’s too small!

Dangerous for your health and worst for lodging

The worst experience my family ever had. Not sure there was attendant until someone showed up at checkup to push my family out. AC falling apart, sands and dust everywhere, no soap no towel, tv not working, looks like an abandoned premise. If you care about your health, stay away. Reception looking like a drug room in a jungle where you only speak to someone through a whole on a protected glass. Words can not be enough to describe the deepness of insanity here. And the only man we spoke to in the morning when he showed up at 11:05 am to ask me out was rude, aggressive, impolite. Worst customer service ever
