Need upgrades badly

Room was clean but could have used a deep cleaning and airing out .Staff was decent we had an issue with the air conditioner but they fixed right away . Itโ€™s not far from the boardwalk and casinos which was good but they DEFINITELY NEED TO UPGRADE THE ROOMS !!!!!

Thought after the a year the place would've been fixed up!!!!! But unfortunately they only did the floors ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข. The flys are annoying, good thing we had our own towels and linens for the room had NONE ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐Ÿ˜ข the bed is comfortable.

The air had one setting low. The drawers on the dresser were off track so could not open. The cover had cirgarette burns even though the room was no smoking. The front desk clerk was very dismissive when you would try to ask for something. The wifi didnot workand even though they say the front desk is open untilb12am 11:45pm is more of the answer. There was also dirt stains on the bath mat. Even though the place was in need of an update the the managment could have taken better care of it. It smelled really good when you walked in

There was no blanket inside the hotel room there was no towels the electricity outlets did not work overall I would not recommend this place unless you need a cheap place to sleep and don't need anything else

This was the most disgusting horrible experience Iโ€™ve had in my life. Never again. Horrible, the room was dirty, hair on the sheets, towels looked like they were from prison. Please spend a few extra dollars and save yourself from disgust.

There is no face-to-face contact. They do business through a small window. There was only one towel, two if you include the wet towel in the room. The door frame was being help together with duck tape. The room was cold and smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking room. None of the furniture, the refrigerator leaked and the freezer part was encased in about 2 1/2 inches of ice. And there was NO smoke detector.

The room wasn't all that clean and the carpet was smelling no cable 4 days it didn't work no signal the parking lot was trashy the staff didn't bother asking us for anything we needed i had to go to them I was unsatisfied the worst room I ever never again stayed at this place Atlantic city nj no good wouldn't recommend to Noone to stay there were no plastic cups or to make coffee the microwave didn't work no cord the 2 towel that were in the room were old only and one wash cloth i paid 682 dollars not worth that amount of money i paid unhappy worst ever the door didn't want to lock from the inside this place no good I stayed there for 4 nights very disappointed in the place I stayed ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ˜ž what a waste of money never again ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐Ÿ˜ž ๐Ÿ˜• worst ever I experience ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐Ÿ˜ž ๐Ÿ˜•

Please send someone to prescreen the properties that Hotels.com represents. This particular place was completely unacceptable. Glad my wife wasn't around or we would have to leave.

Was a last choice option

Only stayed here as we were desperate everything else was sold out. Differently a rip off at 300$ a night. Wouldnโ€™t even shower in the room just the bare bones. Outside seems kinda sketchy.
