Very convenient location. Stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom unit and it was very tidy with everything we needed. Bedroom was dark and quiet however, 1 minor flaw was my Mum used the bed in the lounge and found the outside light annoying and she could hear the road noise, HOWEVER, she was still very impressed with the unit and we would definately stay here again. The towels were so thick and soft, sheets were lovely too. The receptionist was very friendly.

The staff was super helpful and there were take aways close by and the room was clean and tidy, spacious. I expected that there would be a small stove to cook on but that was my mistake. There was a microwave and a toaster which was great.

We arrived on 23rd for a 4 night stay. Reception was not open at 1pm. After many phone calls we were told that someone was on there way to open the outdoor safe to collect our key. After another long wait , a young Indian Lady appeared from a door adjacent to the reception , where she had been all this time. Our beds were not made and towels were not changed. We left after 3 Nights

Was convenient for what we needed. A bit noisy, seems there are emergency housing guests staying. Tiled shower floor was very slippery, not sure if that was due to being unclean? Not a very welcoming arrival by staff. When we left around 9am all curtains in reception were closed. Keys left in a box outside. No chance to mention then about shower. Room was clean otherwise and a good configuration for our nights stay.

We have stayed 3 times now. We stay with 3 adults and 3 children. The two bedroom unit is spacious and having an oven is very helpful and the fridge is big (ie not a bar size) It's been very clean each time we have been. We will be back again.
