“was taken aback at the appearance of the house upon arrival. It appears that no one cared that the house had been booked for that weekend. At the side door we were met with huge spider webs that are full of trapped bugs. We had to duck down to enter the house. The outside of the house is unkept. “We contacted the host a couple days after our stay because three of our family members came down with hot tub folliculitis. I was told that they clean the hot tub once a week and sometimes more. They stated that they have never had this problem before, but I would do some additional checking in the future. The house was adequate but we felt it could have been cleaner. The listing states it sleeps 10 but accommodations for our group of 5 adults and three children were tight.”
