“Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. ”

“Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most……

“Getting ahold of the host was difficult but we did manage. However, upon arriving at the apartment the first thing we noticed was the smell of stale cigarettes. Then we noticed the fire alarms weren't on the wall. Then that the wallpaper wasn't put up to the standard you'd expect with the price of the apartment. To round it out there were cigarette burns in the sheets and the kitchen floor was sticky. This apartment has such potential but unfortunately did not live up to the hype. ”

“It was absolutely filthy, mouse droppings everywhere and couch and carpet were stained and not vacuumed for a long time! I would not recommend this as not just dirty but a health safety issue. Host would not reimburse so a very dishonest person as well. ”

“Beautiful home. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Walkable to everything. Beautiful views. Three floors/three bathrooms! Perfect for our family of 5. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, games/puzzles, beautifully decorated throughout the entire home. Loved it!”

“This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome!……
