“We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere.

“First, I want to state that it is a beautiful place. It has a beautiful view of the water, and yes, you're right on the water with a dock. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Anytime there was an issue, the host, Mark, replied immediately. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Couple of things that weren't that great were that the floors were pretty dirty.
