We felt safe while entering and exiting the building. The host was amazing and answered all our questions, even reaching out to the upstairs guest to remind them of quiet time:)”

It's walking distance from Beale Street in a very safe downtown area. There's a private garage and parking space is ample. Jason is a wonderful host!
