“The key card to the room didn’t work three separate times. The gal at the counter was super sweet and apologetic, but I had to go up and down and up and down and up and down the elevator three separate times with all my luggage before finally she went up herself to fix the door. Also, there were bug droppings by the coffee maker, the toilet and the sink. Everything else was standard/sufficient.”

“The room was clean with standard amenities, staff was helpful, and parking was plentiful. The only difficulty was trying to find the entrance to the hotel; you can drive by the hotel, see it, and still not know where to turn in.”

“Cleanliness of the rooms and the entire facility. Pool was very nice and morning breakfast was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Perfect location for our walk to Rendezvous for lunch. Close to Beale Street and the various sites. The Peabody was within a 1 to 2 min walk. The room had been updated and the bathroom was spacious and felt brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room felt large. The parking was very convenient right behind the building with key card access to the property. Would stay here again.”
