“Communication was excellent. We had a bunch of questions before arrival and we always heard back quickly. Mayra met us upon arrival, have us a tour and answered any questions. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 7 women on a girls getaway. The central pool area was where we spent most of our time. The sleeping areas were nice and cool and apart from living space, so no worries if someone wanted to sneak off to bed. Having beach chairs and beach towels at the house was great, as well……

“The house could not have been more perfect for fitting all of our family. It is very spacious and had a lot of nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool. The location allowed us to get everywhere we needed to go with a close Uber drive. We were also able to get coffee nearby, but it was very expensive and took a really long time to get the coffee. We really enjoyed San Juan and this house allowed us to do so.”

“While comparing the price, quality and location of an ocean front suite in a resort vs VRBO, I was initially drawn to the beautiful view, indoor patio and ample space of this home. I hesitated thinking my husband and our 2 seventeen year old sons, would not appreciate the antique home, plus I wasn’t sure that staying in Historic Old San Juan would really be enjoyable for the whole family. The neighbors are beautiful people and very loving and welcoming! My family and I look forward to renting “La Encantadora” again one day! ”

“The house was vey clear and nice. About the rooster, the first couple of days the rooster and other animals were sings very loud almost all nigh. Also we lost power for two days but the owner were able to instantly the generator. Thank you to the owner for always responded back to my message and help all the time. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island.”
