"Easy to access. A/C in bedroom, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, vent in bathroom, wifi, access to all streaming eg Netflix, block and half from boardwalk / rides with pier. Across from police station. Clean! Comes with towels and bedding. Snacks on the counter were a nice surprise."

"This condo was perfect for our needs. We attended a dance competition therefore were in/out frequently. The location was perfect for quickly going to the beach or the boardwalk. It was nice and quiet during the week and then started to pick up closer to the weekend. Mary had plenty of beach chairs and a convenient locker near the beach so you didn't have to lug the stuff back to the condo. Mary was very responsive to any questions I had. I will rent from her again if I am in the area."

"The unit is clean, recently updated, not far from the boardwalk. It is 2nd floor with no outside seating area, but other than that very good place to stay."

"My wife, son, and I loved this house. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach entrance (life-saver when you're the family pack mule). Being able to get on and off the beach so quickly and have a home base to relax at for lunch was amazing. Walking distance to so many fun restaurants and breakfast shops. "We rented the entire month of July and what a terrific stay it was. We are a repeat guest and we stayed with this owner at a different property, which was booked for this year. In the beginning, we had couple of issues but owner was very easy to work with and we resolved it very quickly. So close to the beach and the bay. Seaside Park concerts happens right around the corner. Property was perfect with multiple outdoor space and outdoor shower. Overall wonderful stay! We would rent again"
